| | The TruLaser Tube 5000 makes it possible to cut tubes and profiles into sections in one clamping operation and to produce recesses and contours with the laser. Complete machining in one machine reduces set-up times, handling and organizational effort.
In addition, installation aids integrated into the tube simplify subsequent work steps. Pegs and clip connections eliminate the need for fixtures and time-consuming alignment work. |

Smooth part removal and simple removal from the brush table |
|
| | Smooth part removal with the new part removal station The new part removal station optimizes access for removing the finished parts and enables smooth part removal. During machining, longer parts are supported by rollers, which then lift the parts out at an angle and forward them to the brush table, once they have been finished.
The brushes convey the parts to the front of the machine, where they can be comfortably removed manually during production or fed to a container. Small parts up to 300 mm drop through a chute into a container.
