TRUMPF is a fair partner when it comes to returning service parts that are not required or expendables that were incorrectly ordered. Simply send the parts back with the return shipping note that accompanies every consignment.

For all service parts, including refurbished ones, you will receive one year's full warranty and free delivery in case of replacement.

For certain parts, there are high remainder credits for the replaced parts even after the warranty expires. These items are identified by the 70-50-30 logo.
